The Process
Browse handcrafted categories — bamboo lighting, handloom textiles, Muga & Eri silk, cane craft, and artisan decor objects. Each listing includes product details and indicative pricing. All pieces are made to order.
Before committing to a bulk order, we recommend approving physical samples. Visit the inquiry form, select "Sample Request", and specify the SKUs you'd like to evaluate.

For MOQ-based purchases (100 units or more per product), submit your requirements via the inquiry form or WhatsApp the studio. Include: product name or SKU, quantity, destination country, and any customisation needs.
We respond within 24–48 business hours with pricing, production timeline, and documentation details
We offer colour variations, material adjustments, logo printing, and branded packaging for qualifying bulk orders. Submit your customisation brief — including any design files or references — before final payment is made. All specifications must be approved in writing before the order is locked.

Once your order and specifications are agreed, Baanhi issues a Pro Forma Invoice. Full advance payment is required to initiate production. We accept secure international payment via wire transfer or approved gateways.

Your pieces are handcrafted by verified artisans at certified clusters across India. Each batch undergoes quality inspection before packing. You will receive a production update at the midpoint of the lead time.
Samples: 7–15 business days · Bulk orders: 3–6 weeks depending on category, quantity, and customisation
Orders are dispatched via trusted international freight partners (courier or FCL/LCL ocean freight depending on volume). Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp upon shipment.
Buyer is responsible for import duties and customs fees in the destination country · FOB and CIF terms available
Important Notes
Bulk and export orders are made to your specification. Once payment is received and production begins, no returns, refunds, or cancellations are accepted on those orders. Please review all details carefully before confirming. This does not apply to retail orders bought through the online store — those carry 7-day returns, set out in full under Shipping & Returns.
Slight variation in size, texture, colour, and finish is inherent to handcrafted production and is not a defect. This is a characteristic of artisan-made work, not a quality failure.
Geographical Indication certificates, Certificate of Origin, EPCH export documentation, and commercial invoices are available for qualifying orders. Request these at the quote stage.
